Sand Paper Shelf Storage Box – Laser Cutting Digital Files

Description

These are digital files for a laser cut sand paper storage box. Can be mounted on the wall or sat on a desk/workbench.
There are 6 shelves included in the design for 5″ Sanding Discs as well as 6 shelves for standard 9″ x 11″ sand paper sheets for a total of 12 storage sections.
Update: Now includes alternate versions for 50cm x 30cm(20in x 12in) beds.

Files included are Adobe Illustrator, SVG, DXF, as well as the Fusion 360 file if you’d like to go in and make some edits. I recommend Map Boards Pro for exporting the pieces into a laser-cuttable SVG file.

Files include 2.5mm, 2.69mm(1/8 inch), 3mm, 3.6mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 5.2mm(1/4 inch), & 6mm plans for laser cutting plywood.

I laser cut birch plywood for mine but any laser cutting material should work. Even foam board should store sand paper without any issues because the sand paper isn’t very heavy.

Material amount needed for laser cutting: 4 ft x 3 ft sheet or 12 sq. ft. (1200mm x 950mm)
