What payment methods do you support?

CuttingPaths Paypal, and most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.


Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, in order to access your purchased files at a later date, we require all purchasers to have an account.


What if I don’t have Paypal in my country?

Unfortunately CuttingPaths only supports Paypal and credit cards through PayPal’s payment API currently. We are looking into other payment providers. Check back soon!


How are payments processed on CuttingPaths?

Payments are 100% secure and made through PayPal’s payment API. CuttingPaths doesn’t store any credit card data and the payment process is handled completely off-site.


Where can I access my purchased files?

Once you’ve completed a purchase, the item’s download links will be available to you in 3 locations:

1. The downloads section in your account.
2. The item’s page in the “Files” tab.
3. You’ll be emailed a downloadable list of the files.


How can I get a refund on my order?

Since digital products are non-tangible and irrevocable, we do not offer refunds once the order is complete and the item has been delivered to the purchaser via a download link. However, we do offer refunds in some cases. Please see the Refunds page for more info.
