Digital Products Summary

Since digital products are non-tangible and irrevocable, we do not offer refunds once the order is complete and the item has been delivered to the purchaser via a download link.  It is the purchaser’s responsibility to understand this before placing an order. If you have any questions about whether the item is right for you, please reach out to the maker of the item or CuttingPaths support.

That said, we understand that sometimes products will not meet the standards promised, or match the item’s store description. Therefore, we will honor requests for refunds for the following specific cases:

Non delivery of the product

If an error in our website or email service causes the product to be unavailable to download, a refund request may be granted. Claims for non-delivery of the product must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Damaged or Corrupted Files

If the product has been received but the purchaser is unable to use or open it because of an error with the file, or a zipping issue, a refund request may be granted. Claims for damaged/corrupted files must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Product not-as-described

If the product description or photos were created in a way to mislead potential buyers, a refund request may be granted. We at CuttingPaths take this seriously and would also take action with the seller’s account. Claims for misleading product descriptions must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
