As the material thickness gets larger, the size of the chest gets larger. The 2.69mm(1/8″) version is 107mm wide x 72mm deep x 95mm tall.

Fusion 360 file is also included so you can modify it if you’d like. The 3mm size can fit an Arduino Uno inside. The quarter inch size will fit playing cards. I used magnets to keep the top shut when closed. It works pretty well.

I used a light amount of glue on most of the joints.

Please try out smaller pieces before cutting the entire thing to make sure your kerf is correct for the material thickness you’re using. Try out the included ‘Kerf Test’ files to really dial this in. Let me know if you have any questions.
