Laser Engraved, Laser Cut on the Elegoo Phecta
My friends cpu was stuck to his heatsink, here are the steps we took
– tapped on it sideways with a hammer and a screwdriver to spin it off carefully
-had bent pins (not due to the hammer, but because it came out / transport to my house) used a razor to go between the rows, swiping with the flat part near the end to get it mostly there
– printed a loose -0.058mm kerf piece on circular scap I had sitting around
-printed a slightly tighter -0.060mm kerf piece on more scrap (could be tighter)
take note that my laser is calibrated pretty well and the beam width/radius (no clue which) is .060mm
and you can either have a smaller piece or you can have a thin piece of loose fabric to raise the cpu off of the surface to more accuratly only adjust from the far end of the pins.
